Privacy Policy
Effective April 21, 2026
We collect only what we need to communicate with you and deliver your project. We do not sell your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Meridian Digital ("Meridian", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit www.meridiandigital.dev or work with us. Our Terms & Conditions also apply.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form, email us or become a client, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, budget range, business details and project information. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a third-party form delivery service.
Project materials and access. To deliver a project we may receive content, images, brand assets, and login credentials for services like hosting, domains, payment providers or Google Business Profile.
Billing information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
Technical information. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
2. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you purchase
- To keep our website and systems secure
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To enforce our Terms and protect our legal rights
3. How we share it
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email, contact form delivery and payment processing, and only as needed for them to provide their service
- With third-party platforms you ask us to set up or manage on your behalf
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business
4. Your customers' data
When we build a store, website or platform for you, it may collect personal information from your own customers or users. You are responsible for that data and for publishing your own privacy policy. We access it only as needed to build, maintain or support your project, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
5. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and billing records for as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. We do not keep long-term backups of client projects: project files may be removed from our systems after handoff, as described in our Terms, so please keep your own copies. We do not retain client login credentials after a project is handed off, and we recommend changing any passwords you shared with us.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond within the time the law requires. We may keep certain records where we are legally required to.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
10. Contact
Privacy questions or requests can be sent to info@meridiandigital.dev.
